Acer pseudoplatanus 'Atropurpureum'
Purple-leaved sycamore maple

This cultivar is more popular than the species in the U.S. because of its interesting leaves. Dark green above, they provide a curious contrast with their purple undersides.

Color:New foliage maroon-brown, turning dark green above and purple beneath
