Irish common juniper

This fastigiate cultivar with a bluish green color breaks apart with ice and snow as it ages.

Habit:Narrow, fastigiate form with dense erect branches
Size:10-15' high
Color:Bluish-green, turning brownish in the winter season
Texture:Medium
Hardiness:Zone 2a USDA to 7a, more difficult in south
Family:Cupressaceae
