Abelia x grandiflora
Glossy abelia

Light pink and slightly fragrant, the 5-lobed trumpet-shaped flowers are 3/4" long and wide and borne in panicles at the ends of branches continuously from July until frost. Although flowers are produced in great quantity, the effect is only moderately showy due to competition with the foliage and their small size.
