Deodar cedar

A large, light bluish green, graceful evergreen conifer with a broad pyramidal habit and horizontal branches that nod at the tip.

Habit:Broadly pyramidal in youth with graceful slightly pendulous branches that nod at their tips, becoming wide and slightly flat-topped with age
Size:40-70' high in most landscapes but can get to 150'
Color:Light bluish green with new foliage a silvery blue to light blue
Texture:Fine
Hardiness:Zone 7b USDA
Habitat:Himalayan mountains from Afghanistan to India
Family:Pinaceae
