Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Filifera Aurea'
Yellow stringleaf Japanese falsecypress

A yellow and green variegated form of the Threadleaf Japanese falsecypress that forms a pyramidal habit and commonly grows 10' in height, posssibly slightly greater with old age. It is a striking plant in summer, but is less enthusiastically received in winter.

Habit:Pyramidal to rounded pyramidal form with drooping branches and twigs that are yellow and fine textured; this cultivar exhibits a slow growth rate
Size:10-12' high commonly, but 15' possible
