Hydrangea quercifolia
Oakleaf hydrangea

Extremely large and coarse, the 3-8" long leaves are ovate, opposite and red oak-like in appearance with 3-7 coarse lobes. The upper surface is rough and pubescent while the underside is tomentose. The leaves remain on the plant very late in the season.
