Deutzia x lemoinei
Lemoine deutzia

The young stems are green turning brown and slightly fissured. Old stems become an exfoliating combination of gray and brown. Their pith is white when stems are young, becoming hollow with age. The exfoliation should be much more noticeable than on Deutzia gracilis.
