Juniperus chinensis
Chinese juniper

An evergreen species that is highly variable depending upon cultivar selection. The species can grow to be a large tree; however the straight species is not commonly found in the landscape trade.

Habit:Narrow conical, pyramidal, broad rounded or shrubby procumbent, depending upon cultivar
Size:1-60' high, depending on cultivar
Color:Green to blue-green to grayish-green
Texture:Medium-fine
Hardiness:Zone 4a USDA to 9b
Habitat:China, Japan
