Juniperus sabina
Savin juniper

Like most junipers, the evergreen leaves come in two forms: juvenile and adult. The sharply acuminate juvenile leaves are awl-shaped and 3/16" long, spreading widely into bluish-green, straight forms with a distinct midrib above. The 4-ranked scale-like leaves are 1/16" long in opposite overlapping pairs, with a blunt or pointed apex.
