Juniperus scopulorum
Rocky Mountain juniper

1/5" opposite, tightly appressed leaves are evergreen and scale-like. They are resinous and four-sided becoming rounded as they get older, with an acute apex and entire margins. The color varies from dark green to blue green to light green.
