Cotoneaster horizontalis
Rock cotoneaster

Alternate and suborbicular to broadly elliptic, these semi-evergreen leaves are 1/4 to 1/2" long and have a mucronate apex. The leaf base is wedge-shaped, and the undersides are often slightly pubescent. The leaves lack the undulated margins found in several of the groundcover cotoneasters.
