Hypericum calycinum
Aaronsbeard St. John's wort

Opposite, simple, and ovate-oblong to narrow ovate or narrow elliptic-lanceolate, the 2 to 3" long leaves are thick with a dark bluish green color. Like other St. Johnsworts, this species has entire margins, a very prominent mid-vein and more obscure lateral venation.
