Potentilla fruticosa
Bush cinquefoil,Potentilla

A group of small rounded to broad-rounded deciduous shrub cultivars known for their heavy yellow, white or orange flowering from June until frost. The cultivars described here include plants sometimes classified as P. davurica and P. parvifolia; although these species are sometimes assigned taxonomic status as varieties of P. fruticosa.
