Rhododendron 'PJM'
PJM rhododendron

This popular cold-hardy rhododendron with bright lavender pink flowers in April is a mainstay of landscapes in the cold climates of the Midwest and Northeast. The term PJM rhododendron can refer to any of a group of hybrids with similar parentage bred by Peter J. Mezitt, hence PJM.

Habit:Rounded, uniform
Size:3-4' high
Color:Dark green, turning deep purple to nearly black in the winter
Texture:Medium-fine
Hardiness:Zone 5a USDA
