Spiraea japonica
Japanese spirea

Quite variable depending upon cultivar, the fall color ranges from a moderate russet red, to a less than exciting bronzy red or occasionally a good orange-red on selected cultivars. Cultivars with bright red or orange new leaves tend to have brighter fall colors.
