Amelanchier stolonifera
Running serviceberry

Borne in 2-4" long pendulous racemes in mid to late April, these white flowers are moderately showy, but only last 4 to 7 days. They are less ornamental than the flowers of most amelanchiers due to their short 1/3"-long petals.
